Disney Lorcana TCG is coming!

This new TCG from Ravensburger is fun! I have been able to play a few game on the online app called Pixelborn and this game is everything you'd want in a card game. It has your favorite characters and great art too. The game play has been good based on the limited cards that was available but I can see the work behind the theme and mechanics that make this game unique but still familiar to experienced TCG players. This is my most anticipated TCG this year! It will be releasing on August 18, 2023 and our first event will be a Release Starter Deck Challenge on August 19th at 1pm.

Grand Archive TCG - Fractured Crown

Fractured Crown is the second set of this new TCG. Described as an Anime TCG with western game design, this game has been a fun introduction into a Champion based game for me. Also of note is a separate Materials deck that contain Regalia like Swords and Amulets! This highly anticipated second set will be releasing on August 25, 2023.

Shadowverse Evolve

The Shadowverse Evolve TCG is based on the video game Shadowverse that released in 2016. The physical TCG released in Japan on April 28, 2022. Six sets have been released so far in Japan while the English version has one set so far with the second set slated for September 29, 2023 called Reign of Bahamut. In August, we'll be taking preorder for this set from this popular game. We are currently fully stocked on this game including all 6 starter decks and booster boxes. Come get a demo of this fantastic TCG!

Race to the Raft

From the creator of Isle of Cats:

Race to the Raft is a cooperative path building and tile laying social puzzle board game for 1 – 4 players.

In the game, you play the role of the disorientated island cats who are lost on the smoke-filled island. Nothing seems to be where it once was, and you must find a safe route to the raft by placing pathway cards.

As you build pathways, fire — which is represented by different shaped tiles — will spread across the island, limiting your options. You need to find the balance between creating long pathways and keeping the cats ahead of the flames as you move towards the raft.

The game includes 81 scenarios from which to choose, including a simple tutorial that gradually introduces you to new rules and an advanced tutorial for when you're ready for a far greater challenge.

Choose cards, build pathways, and control the spread of the fire as you work together to guide all the cats in their race to the raft!

Cosmoctopus

Barcelona

In Barcelona, you will take on the role of builders in 19th-century Barcelona working on the new expansion to the city. Your main goal is to construct buildings to accommodate the citizens who want to leave the old city, and in the process, you will also build streets, create tram lines, and build public services. You may even decide to explore. Modernisme, a new architectural and arts style that has been gaining popularity among the rich.

Barcelona is a city building game that is played over a variable number of rounds interrupted by three scoring phases before a final scoring phase. Every round, each player takes a single turn consisting of two or more actions, followed by a building phase (when new buildings are added to the main board), and then prepare for their next turn. There are multiple opportunities to score victory points during the game, but players also gain points at the end of the game from unlocked spaces on their player boards and from Modernisme projects tiles that they acquired. The player with the most points wins.

Lords of Ragnarok (Awaken Realms)

In this 1-4 player strategic board game, you will lead a unique, asymmetric hero and their army, trying to be the ultimate victor in a war that unfolds over approximately 120 minutes. Players will choose from various actions, such as building monuments, hunting monsters, ravaging the lands, and gathering armies and artifacts.
Gods will grant you blessings that will heavily impact the game and create a unique combo for each player. On top of all that, special runes will play a significant role in leveling up your armies or earning other bonuses that include control of deadly monsters.

While the game is a spiritual successor of Lords of Hellas and implements a lot of core gameplay aspects, there will be a lot of new mechanics and twists, so prepare yourself for a fresh, new thematic experience!

Multiple victory conditions will keep players at the edge of their seats until the end of the game, making room for some stunning, carefully planned last-minute reversals!
